Cozy Quarters is a locally based serviced accommodation management company supporting guests and property owners across County Durham and Teesside.

Our team combines hands-on property management experience with a strong understanding of what guests need from a comfortable stay. With our own in-house cleaning teams and a responsive local approach, we stay close to the properties we manage and the people who use them.

We bring over 25 years of combined management experience, local knowledge and a full end-to-end service.

We started Cozy Quarters as a specialised Airbnb cleaning crew, learning firsthand exactly what it takes to earn a five star review. When local owners shared their frustrations with national agencies managing properties from hundreds of miles away, we knew we could offer a better way.
We intentionally keep our business local to the North East so we can always be on the ground, protecting your investment and treating your guests like family.
